About Price:

     All prices are stated in US dollars and FOB Shanghai, China.  Current standard published shipping charges and the handling charges (packages included) will be added to the invoice. We will hold the prices as stable as possible. But in some circumstances, prices may have to be changed. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
 

About Payment:                           

     Terms Net 30 days, but subject to approval. For first time customers, full or partial pre-payment might be required. Accounts 30 days past due are subject to a 1% late charge per month on the unpaid balance.  For overseas transactions, the Buyer shall pay the Seller's banking charges on the order.
 

Warranty:

      APIs warrants material to be of said quality at the time of sale. APIs guarantee our quality & services. APIspromise the highest commercial morality. All the advance payment will be returned in 3-5 business days if we can not provide qualified chemical.

About Shipping

      APIs utilizes DHL Express delivery (or equivalent) unless specified by the customer. We will pre-pay and add the shipping charges to the invoice as separate items. To ensure stability of our products, we reserve the right to ship on dry ice or ice bag as needed. This manner of shipping could increase shipping cost.
 

About Order Changes and Cancellations:

     Orders arising hereunder may be changed or amended only by written agreement signed by both buyers and APIs, setting forth the particular changes to be made and the effect, if any, of such changes on the prices and time of the delivery. Buyer may cancel an order by providing actual notice to APIs prior to the start of product production. Cancellation of an order during product production shall result in a charge of 45 percent of the cost of the original order. Upon completion of production for an individual product, no cancellation of an order shall be allowed.
 

About Lost Or Damaged Shipments:

     The Buyer please inspect all packages immediately upon the receipt of any goods shipped hereunder. Any claims of damage, shortage, or defect should be reported in writing to our Customer Service Department as soon as possible. CLAIMS FOR THESE DISCREPANCIES MUST BE MADE WITHIN 7 DAYS OF YOUR RECEIVING THE MATERIALS. If Buyer fails to report such of claim in 7 days to Seller, such goods shall conclusively be deemed to conform to the terms and conditions hereof and to have been irrevocably accepted by the Buyer.

     1.Products protected by valid patents are not offered for sale in countries where the sale of such products constitutes a patent infringement and its liability is at buyer's risk.
